Millard Gillen joins Westfield Realty Group as a broker associate with over 31 years of Real Estate experience.

Millard began his real estate career in 1975 in Key Biscayne, Florida in property management and has made the transition to residential homes and land. In late 80's he made the largest residential condominium real estate transaction in Dade and Broward Counties by selling a $2.5 million Penthouse condo that had 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths with a guest cabana right on the beach and 8 parking spaces.

Originally from Lake City, Millard Gillen has lived all over the state of Florida. His father, Carl Gillen, helped develop and acquire several state parks around Florida including John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo, Florida.

When asked about what inspires him the most about the real estate industry, Millard stated that he enjoys the challenge of helping people find the homes that are the perfect match for each client.
